Celebrating Team Culture That Makes Us Great

Black Card Management’s culture is best described as team-driven and collaborative. It’s something we work hard to nurture because we recognize the value that a cohesive team adds to our productivity and ability to deliver results.

Lauren, Black Card Management’s President, expressed her pride in our workplace. “During our recruitment process, candidates can see how close-knit our team is, how we all work closely together,” she said. “Our culture has a family-oriented feel. We genuinely look at our team as having long-term relationships with each other.”

Fostering a strong team-driven environment takes effort, which Lauren notes is well worth it. “We believe our people thrive when they have a stronger connection with each other,” she said. “We’re all about collaboration and incorporating everyone’s ideas into an innovative solution.”

“We spend a lot of time together, whether that be inside or outside of the office,” said Lauren. “I think it’s extremely important to spend time together outside of the office because it builds and develops relationships between team members. We love to do team nights once a week where the activities range from pumpkin carving to book clubs to baseball games. We strive to be inclusive of everyone. Every day is a chance to have fun together.”
